Why Patiova Playsets?
VINYL PLAYSETS
SUSTAINABLE
We believe in promoting sustainability practices and green construction efforts by creating products out of recycled plastic. These initiatives help conserve natural resources by reducing landfill waste and protecting wildlife.
LONGEVITY
Plastic lumber is an incredibly strong and durable building material that will last through extreme weather and years of even the toughest abuse. It is also resistant to marine borers, termites, fungus, salt, and oils. With a 50-year warranty, your play set will give you peace of mind that it will remain a strong, beautiful part of your property for years to come.
NO ROTTING OR SPLINTERING
Since plastic lumber is impervious to moisture, it doesn't rot or crack, and insects cannot make their homes inside the boards. It also won’t break download when it’s exposed to the sun day after day.
NO PAINTING OR STAINING
Plastic lumber won’t absorb moisture from rain, snow, and other forms of precipitation or condensation. The color is manufactured throughout the entire product with UV inhibitors, so exposure to UV light will not fade it. Plastic lumber can simply be cleaned with water or pressure washed to look as good as new.

It can be painted or stained if desired, and will benefit from periodic water repellent coatings for best appearance.
